Increased golf shop sales 16%, banquet sales 46% and tournament sales 14%, Led and managed a direct staff of four department managers and an indirect staff of 30. Created, presented and executed golf course renovation and building of a three-season event pavilion with both city council and management approval. Budgeted and forecasted yearly and monthly projections including all internal and external factors.

Returned to my childhood home to become the Caregiver for my mother on a full-time basis. Made several accommodations to the home to allow her to be able to improve her standard of living and remain in her life-long home.
