Providing clients with the highest quality of consulting services including, but not limited to: a. Supporting the goals of formulating the most effective and efficient use of financial resources, b. Supporting the goals to procure goods and services at the best price and value, c. Providing a networking system of answering “procurement” and/or “contract” questions, d. Advising on procurement issues, e. Providing education and training of procurement policies and procedures, f. Providing recommendations, training, and assistance in understanding, developing and writing of solicitation language (ITB, RFP, ITN, RFQ, RA, and RFI), and/or of contract language, reviewing the Procurement Policies Manual and make recommendations for improvement, g. Developing and writing Procedures Manual(s), h. Providing Education & Training of Procurement Policies and Procedures, i. Providing recommendations and assistance in developing/writing of contract handbook/decision making tree. j. Providing education & training in all areas of contract policy, procedures and administration, k. Participating in conference calls, meetings, and training sessions and l. Assisting in contract negotiations, if requested.
