I have been working in the Financial industry since leaving college with an AVQ in business(a long time ago). Since joining the profession, I have worked my way through various back office roles. By doing this, it has enabled me to understand how the entire back office process works from start to finish, ensuring the client receives the best possible service. I have been able to develop my technical knowledge in pensions, protection, investments and tax planning both through carrying out the various roles as well as sitting numerous qualifications along the way. My original objective was to gain the Diploma in Financial Planning however since joining BlackRock my objectives have changed. I currently hold the Certificate in Financial Planning, and I am currently learning a second language.
