* ● Prepares line plan based on the given requirements * ● Buys item/product with right margin and perceived value * ● Balances varieties of each of the product subcategories based on the market demand * ● Prepares quantity per size breakdown per style of all items bought * ● Analyze new item for allocation based on initial size breakdown made * ● Maintains complete sizes in all stores by doing replenishments on all core items * ● Assigns and monitors all delivery Purchase Order due dates and delivery to outlets (Staggered Delivery) * ● Evaluates items for re consolidation/pullout and reallocates them to the saleable store * ● Analyze and evaluates all items subject for price reduction

Mainly responsible for ensuring that the company has the right amount of stock to meet customer’s needs and the company's objectives. Works closely with the demand planning team, production team, sales operations managers and marketing to lead the daily stock monitoring, safety stock planning, store stock requests, reorder requests, and inventory reconciliation process, across all formula and package inventory.

* Handles merchandising analytics across all Sunnies brands (Sunnies Studios, Sunnies Specs Optical, and Sunnies Face). * Determines areas of business where innovative analytical solutions may be used to drive business growth, creates analysis, and develop recommendations. * Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility. * Suggest the development of relevant analytical tools and reports that encompass data in connection with consumer, customer, and competitor insights. * Assist the merchandising team in creating templates that will serve as an analytical tool for all Sunnies brands. * Assess optimal margin rates, sell through goals, and evaluates customer price perception. * Develops presentations and communicates them to all appropriate areas within the department.
