Neil joined Campion Willcocks in 2004 as Operations Director. He has been a driving force behind marketing strategies, new business development, performance management and regulatory systems. Neil's work has transformed many areas of the business. The proof lies within a host of successful projects bearing his name, including designing our product portfolio, and the successful launch of a new product. Prior to Campion Willcocks, Neil was Head of Sales for the UK's biggest mobile phone retailer. He was the brain behind a business improvement strategy that boosted productivity ten-fold and sales by over 250%, saving the company over £1 million. He spent 23 years before then as Senior Manager at NatWest Bank. There, Neil was instrumental in business improvement and turnaround solutions. He has built a truly diverse commercial portfolio. Neil earned his BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services and became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). When not shaping commercial success, he is inspired by family, motor sport, basketball and cooking.
