Manage 7 sub business units overall stuff including several kinds of Apple products

• Manage R&D, fabrication, purchasing of test stations of MacBook in Apple hardware test department • Manage mechanical engineers, PM’s capability of Quanta Shanghai MAC mechanical team • Manage mechanical engineers, PM’s capability of Foxconn Chengdu MAC mechanical team • Manage R&D and fabrication of over 10 test equipment vendors • Coordinate with US headquarter and local mechanical engineers to ensure test equipment can be completed R&D in time; • Work with Product Design, TDL(test design leader), LPM(logistic program manager), GSM and other cross- functional departments to make equipment R&D, fabrication and bring up well in time • Organize Apple ME、Station DRI、CM ME solving equipment issues happened during NPI build • Lead design review meeting for Apple test equipment with each ME • Work with Quanta Shanghai/Foxconn Chengdu and equipment vendors to make sure completing equipment design and fabrication • Report R&D and fabrication status to US headquarters regularly • Audit and score for contractor manufacturer and equipment vendors regularly • Lead training of mechanical and PM in contractor manufacturer irregularly

-Discuss with high level management in company to define the strategy plan of done; -Define drone before the development including function, cost, marketing, customer and so on; -Calculate project budget including development cost, material cost, manufacture cost, sales cost and so on in the initial stage of project; -Manage budget in developing process; -Lead each R&D department(including industrial design, mechanical design, hardware design, flight control development, power supply system, image development, gimbal development, application development) develop and test products; -Communicate with European and American marketing team termly about sales performance for the products in sale to determine the sales planning and marketing positioning; -Communicate with European and American product team to understand product requirement and determine the new product developing strategy and direction termly; -Grade to the team members, and encourage the staff’s morale with project performance bonus;
