As the Director and leader of KRP’s Family Enterprise Advisory practice, Neil works primarily with business owner managers and their families to help them develop tax-efficient structures for their business, explore acquisition and divestiture opportunities, and the transition between family wealth and business to the next generation.Neil brings over 40 years of experience in personal and corporate tax and estate matters across a variety of businesses and organizations, and has guided clients through significant transactions, working closely with KRP’s seasoned tax and valuation teams.He is passionate about working with businesses and families, bringing a holistic approach to the close connection between family business and personal advisory services.
