I began my career in hospitality, working across multiple hotel departments before advancing to Director of Rooms, where I played a key role in a major hotel renovation project coordinating teams, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring operational readiness for reopening. This experience strengthened my skills in pre-opening preparation, stakeholder management and service excellence. I then transitioned into CEO of a condominium management company, leading multi-property operations, overseeing handovers following new developments and implementing service and maintenance programs to deliver a premium resident experience. I’m known for my positive, hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and passion for creating seamless, high-quality guest and resident experiences.
