• Responsible for handling STARZPLAY's white-labeling solutions from end to end and supporting the clients to define the product roadmap, and working on monetization strategy by payments and telco integrations. • Work closely with the CX team to understand customer pain points, app reviews and analyze the QoS of the apps. • Follow the Design Sprint 2.0 approach for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas. Based on it write the user stories, design flow charts and assess technical risks and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

BACKEND TESTING: Involved in testing the RESTAPIs of backend micro-services using the tools like Postman (Manual) and RestAssured Framework for automating the regression test cases. Involved in the manual testing of ETL Processes. FRONTEND TESTING: Successfully validated and released StarzPlay applications for Humax OTT box, Samsung Tizen/Orsay, Chromecast, LG and PS4 in the MENA region, which lead to a considerable increase in the number of signups, as the app was available only for Mobile, Tablets and PCs before. Engaged in the POC of the automation testing tools for Smart TVs.

I am responsible for handling the pre/post-sales activities, by evaluating and validating Android Boxes and HDMI sticks from different vendors. I am also engaged in project management activities for the third party app developments for Samsung Tizen/Orsay, Chromecast and PS3/4. I am involved in bug fixing and features enhancement for StarzPlay Android application, where I got hands-on experience in Android development. I have successfully released StarzPlay applications for Humax OTT box, Samsung Tizen/Orsay, Chromecast and PS4 in the MENA region.

Working on all the DVB-C/S/T demodulator+decoder ICs of Nationalchip such as Gx3001R/Gx3001Q(MPEG2-SD), Gx3113B+Gx1001(MPEG4-SD) and Gx3201(MPEG4-HD/Hybrid Solution) and many more. Responsible for setting up headend for the STB lab, also providing technical support to the Indian customers of NationalChip. Understanding the requirements of the customer and developing and modifying/customizing the Software. Visiting the customers, gathering the RFQ's and look for NBO, showcasing the demo of Nationalchip product range.

Description : Worked on Linux 2.6 based STB (Set-top-Box). Design and development of GUI using the Directfb , Qt and XBMC libraries. Good Knowledge of pull-VoD technology.
