Manage overall HR Operations for Gucci in India including Talent Acquisition, Management, Development and support with Compensation & Benefits.

I am responsible for managing two graduate level talent development programs. BUILD - Business Unit Integrated Leadership Development Program is a one year program for MBA/Masters graduates. Participants are placed in a functional role directly in the business. The program provides an opportunity for participants to network with peers placed in different business units, work in cross-functional projects, executive exposure - both with their sponsor as well as Presidents of different business units, as well as leadership skills training and development. The BUILD program aims to fulfill the functional bench of mid-senior level manager to director level roles within a vertical business unit in 12-48 months, based on performance. TLP - Technology Leadership Program is a two year rotational program which provides exposure to our IT, Online and/or Operating Business Unit experience in the first year with a permanent placement in the second year. The program aims to create a bench of leaders in business who can leverage technology to make an impact on the bottom line. The participants receive executive sponsorship and exposure along with various opportunities to manage and develop their careers through soft and hard skills training.

I am currently working in the Learning and Development group of Talent and Human Capital Services.My current project includes revising and improving the LEAD program, which is an advanced leadership development program for high potential internal associates within the company.
