Got an opportunity to work in various domains like Manufacturing, Energy, Banking/Insurance Clients for Cloud and Infra Security for Indian as well as overseas projects. I was responsible for escalation handling and planning things for team, people management, ensuring basic hygiene at the workplace, being a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for offshore team where handled end to end ownership. Helping team to eliminate external/internal impediments so that team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the iteration. •Able to facilitate and co-ordinate with a team and help them to self-organize with daily BAU and other business activities. •Doing Risk Analysis of the change requests and tickets to be implemented in customer environment. •Collaboration with vendor team for installation of new appliances and readiness of requirements which provided more value to the customer •Good knowledge on ITIL process such as change/Incident management. •Keep the team focused on deliverable by removing impediments through Servant Leadership. •Preparing & compiling various weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to process productivity and Quality. •Quickly able to adapt to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
