Making BOM from Drawings & Technical Specifications for Solar Transformers, IDT's, Power Transformers & Distribution Transformers. Receiving Approved Purchase Requisition through BOM for specification , drawing , proprietary items.  Floating RFQ to different Vendors.  Receiving Quotation of material from Vendor in time.  Preparing of Tabulation sheet of Received Quotations.  Taking Recommendations of material from User Department.  Negotiation with Vendors over Price,Tax, Freight and duties of the material.  Participating in Negotiation meetings with appropriate authorities.  Prepare approval as per Engineering Department Decision.  Generating Purchase Order.  Calculation of landed cost of material including CST/VAT & Excise Regulation.  Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of materials.  Negotiation with suppliers for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable commercial terms.

E-Tendering, Relay Selection, Preparing Bill Of Material (BOM), costing, procurement of raw material required for both Transformers & C&R Panels & Vendor registration in various electricity boards.

Coordinated with 30+ vendors to ensure just-in-time delivery for manufacturing needs, boosting production throughput by 10%. Supported senior analysts in conducting supplier evaluations, contributing to an enhanced selection process that cut procurement cycle time by 10%. Identified and qualified new suppliers for critical components, resulting in a 15% cost decrease and improved supplier quality score.

Understanding the technical knowledge for SMC distribution boxes. Communicate with existing customers and continuing search for new vendor development.
