Hi, I'm Negar, a holistic Yoga Teacher with 7+ years of experience teaching in Iran, Türkiye, India, Vancouver and multiple national and international yoga championship medals. I have traveled to India five times for advanced training in yoga, Ayurveda, massage, and traditional healing practices, receiving letters and certifications from respected schools.l like to make love and energy flow to my classes by integrating breathwork, alignment, and spiritual awareness, supported by past sound-healing experience and training in Thai, Swedish, and Ayurvedic massage, which helps me offer safe and mindful adjustments. I also coach students preparing for yoga championships, drawing from my own competition background.Now based in Canada, I’m seeking opportunities in yoga studios and wellness centers to share grounding, inclusive, and holistic yoga practices.
