Oversee daily operations of the import and export trading activities.  Manage free zone warehouse operations and logistics services.  Supervise real estate development, marketing, and property management activities.  Ensure efficient coordination among departments.  Develop and implement the company’s strategic plans and business goals  Identify new business opportunities in import, export, logistics, and real estate sectors.  Lead expansion initiatives and investment opportunities.  Monitor company budgets, financial performance, and profitability.  Approve major expenditures and investments.  Work closely with finance teams on financial planning, reporting, and cost control.  Build strong relationships with international suppliers, investors, and clients.  Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and major business deals.  Promote the company’s services in local and international markets.  Recruit, train, and supervise management and operational staff.  Foster a productive and professional working environment.  Set performance targets and evaluate staff performance.  Prepare operational and financial reports for the board of directors.  Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

• Accept cash or money orders deposited by customers, credit customers' accounts and issue receipts and statements • Pay money to or credit accounts for customers according to advice slips, cheques or other banking documents, and debit appropriate accounts • Conduct foreign currency transactions for overseas travelers • Provide change and cash cheques • Answer customer enquiries • Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services and specialists
