Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, perform phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies to ensure a strong cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role-specific requirements. Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and ensure alignment with business objectives. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience, managing expectations, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process. Offer Management & Negotiation: Oversee the offer process, including preparing offer letters, negotiating terms, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met before extending offers. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruiting metrics and tools to track hiring progress, analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Talent Pipeline & Networking: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and relationship-building with external talent pools.

Recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates. Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. Identifying the right candidates with required skills set and the experience Maintaining database of prospective candidates. Scheduling & Coordinating the interview between Candidate & Management and taking feedback after the interview. Job Porting & Bulk Mailing Track the daily attendance of the employees, maintaining leave records. Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
