• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients. • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal. • Handles the tasks of headhunting, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile. • Prepares resumes, CV, and correspondence and forward the same to the client to list suitable candidates. •Used recruiting tools such as JobDiva (ATS), LinkedIn, and job boards to research and source qualified candidates for job opportunities onsite with our clients •Outreach to potential candidates to pitch open roles with our clients •Conducted initial phone interview and virtual meeting with the candidate. •Created candidate pitch for submittal to the client. •Ensured candidate submittals are in line with the client’s expectations •Attended daily team meetings to prioritize open roles and review the candidate pool •Guide candidate through the full cycle of the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding • Provided proper advice on personnel issues such as handling complaints and terminating employees on behalf of the client •Delivered exceptional service; remain engaged with all candidates to build a professional network that result in further business opportunities.
