• Founded and scaled the Railways Division from zero capability to INR 2,240 Cr. order book in 1.5 years. • The Order Book consisted of Composite Railway Projects of 212 Kms (3rd Line Work from RVNL) and also one Metro Project. • Entered in Joint ventures (JVs), Consortiums and alliances for not only surmounting the Technical Qualification barrier, but also for Bid competitiveness and execution capacity enhancement. • Built and led a 500+ member technical and managerial team executing turnkey Railway EPC projects (Civil, P-Way, OHE, S&T). • Oversaw Business Development, Client interaction, Tendering & Costing, Budgeting, Team Commissioning & its Management, Execution, and supply chain operations with governance discipline. • Resolved arbitration and legal matters, winning 2 (Two) High Court cases (MoRTH) in GRIL’s favor. • Mentored multiple project heads, strengthening GRIL’s internal leadership pipeline. • Executed project worth INR 600 Cr. of NFS Project (Network for Spectrum) consisting of more than 6000 Kms of OFC Laying in the 6 states of the Eastern Region of India. • I was ‘Executive Committee’ member of the ‘National Highway Builders Federation’ (NHBF) on behalf of my company for 3 years. • Also looked after Commercial aspects of all Collaborations and Joint Ventures for GRIL’s ventures into new infra-Verticals. • Led the NHBF Team for GST related clarity and formulation of methodology for applicability of GST on Old projects.

• Led 3 PPP Transmission projects on BOOM Basis worth INR 900 Cr., overseeing design, financing, Construction and operation i/c Statutory clearances. • Streamlined project timelines, secured regulatory clearances, monitored the ROW and Land Clearances, and ensured compliances under PPP norms. • Managed ‘EPC Projects’ amounting to INR 88 Crores, consisting of 400/220kV Sub-stations of PGCIL at Kotputli (Raj) & Dehradun (Uttarakhand) on turnkey basis. (Transformer Supply was by PGCIL). • Delivered Kotputli 400/220kV Substation (with TOC) and advanced Dehradun Substation project to commissioning stage.

• Established the Transmission & Distribution Division from ground up; secured INR 600 Cr. orders in 2 years. • Entered in Joint ventures (JVs) for surmounting the Technical Qualification barrier and also used the partners for capacity augmentation. • Built and led a 300+ member technical and managerial team executing all types of T&D Projects (Transmission Lines, Sub-stations and Distribution Projects). • Oversaw Business Development, Client interaction, Tendering & Costing, Budgeting, Commissioning of cross-functional Teams and Team Management, Execution, and Supply Chain Operations (SCM) with governance discipline and strict Budget Control. • Executed RGGVY and FSP schemes (INR 400 Cr) in Bhopal & Jabalpur DISCOMS. • Led ‘International JV in Zambia’ for rural electrification works — Era’s first Global T&D project. • Assisted in costing of ‘Solar Photovoltaic’ and ‘CSV Plants’ for New Venture of Era Infra in ‘Renewable Energy’. • I was ‘Head-Contracts’ for ‘Real Estate Company’ of Era Infra and had awarded the ‘EI’ and ‘Sub-station’ projects for 6 Real estate Projects of Era Infra (Projects cost ranging in INR 200 – INR 450 Cr).

• Served as Executive Engineer in CPWD under the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt of India (vide IES 1995, UPSC). • Oversaw Rashtrapati Bhavan operations under Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Dr. (Smt.) Pratibha Patil. • Delivered INR 32 Cr State-of-the-Art Auditorium at Rashtrapati Bhavan within 9 months. • Undertook and delivered challenging works of HVAC Chiller Replacement, Kitchen Modernization, Commissioning of a Pair of Musical Fountains, beautification of Façade of RB, Rewiring in State Rooms, Redevelopment of Estate, and finalization of Darbar-Hall A/C Scheme. • Drafted the 1st Model Contract Document for ‘Energy Efficiency Projects’ through ESCO route for Government establishments with BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency), Min of Power. • Received Letter of Appreciation from Hon’ble President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, in addition to numerous appreciation letters from President’s Secretariat and CPWD, Min. of UD. • Successful handling of 2 (Two) High Court Cases (settled in favour of the Department) and one no. of Arbitration Case. • Successfully handled Construction and O&M of Nirman Bhawan, Udyog Bhawan, and Vayu Bhawan, including mission-critical Republic Day Celebration (RDC) operations as Executive Engineer in ECD-1, New Delhi. • As AEE in Ajmer, I had executed and completed Building Projects (Residential as well as Non-Residential) of Central Government, scattered in 6 (Six) districts of Rajasthan spanning over 400 Kms.

• Evaluated Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for large-scale power projects, including Dabhol Power (Enron) and Cogentrix, with a focus on cost structures, pricing analysis, and techno-economic viability for accord of Techno-Economic Clearance (TEC) from CEA. • Started as Management Trainee at IPCL Project in Nagothane, Mumbai and contributed to the commissioning of the Polypropylene Plant at Nagothane Complex near Mumbai under guidance from German licensees.
