Playing key role in production department including production, Quality analysis. Ensure timely output surpassing the target with minimum manpower and cost redundancy.  Monitoring of full production line and responsible to achieve production target according to cycle time and planning.  Responsible to develop new component on CNC m/cs as per requirement.  To have hands on experience of setting & programming of new component on all CNC, VMC, HMC & VTL as per requirement during setup change and development.  To define the machining process of new components with using the tooling and parameter.  Controlling & Reduction of tool inventory and consumption per hour (activity rate).  Allocate manpower as per production plan, according to their skill and line requirement.  Solving different types of problems during operation and running production.  Procurement of new manpower according to new requirement.
