Global process lead for “AC lines, TOC lines and Turbo&Coolant Hoses” . Defining and approving General Motors’ Global commodity audits, Process specific audits and SQ SOR’s (statement of requirements) for above mentioned product group. Single point contact for Purchasing/Engineering/Suppliers. Monthly commodity quality meetings with the globe to review warranty feedback and lesson learned. Achievement of the Position Creator of Vulcanization and flame brazing specific global audits. SQ owner of coolant hose SQ SOR. Perform trainings to calibrate supplier quality engineers.

Responsible for all suppliers located in Turkey and Bulgaria. Manage more than 25 suppliers(between 2012&2016) with a turnover approx. 150 mio € . Have multiple role in Supplier Quality function (deployment engineer for Turkish suppliers in all commodities like Powertrain, HVAC, Filtration, Chassis) and responsible Supplier Quality Engineer in Thermal/Electrical commodity. Manage and monitor suppliers’ quality metrics. Perform audits regularly and implement GM GP-5 process. • Perform PCPA (Process control plan) audits for suppliers having quality and capacity issues. • Onsite support during quality crises and daily follow up for root cause analysis, root cause verification, containment, corrective and preventive action. Daily report out to Opel management(Russelsheim/Frankfurt) • Manage all change during mass production. • Perform QSB+ (Quality System Basic) audits for all suppliers located in Turkey and Bulgaria. • Follow up QSB+ audits open items and complete certification process for the supplier who passed the audit. • Perform specific audits such as Electrical test audit, Vulcanization process specific audit, injection molding specific audit, leak test specific audit…etc. • Perform CQI-9 audit for heat treatment process (Certified CQI-9 auditors in Opel).CQI 9 audit have been performed to well know global suppliers located France, Hungary and Turkey. All powertrain and heat treatment (Tier 2) suppliers were audited who works with GM in Turkey.

Responsible for all finished, semi-finished and heat threat part’s quality according to customer specific requirements.Manage receiving inspection and Metallurgical laboratory team.. SQE activities; • Performing periodical quality audits to maximize supplier’s quality performance according to ISO/TS 16949 and Q1 requirements. • Responsible for supplier training activities such as PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP (Production Part Approval process),Control Plans, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency),Capacity planing R@R , VSM(Value Stream Mapping), QPSP (Quality Process System Pages) , G8D , MSA and Problem Solving methodology . • Applying APQP process (Advanced Product Quality Planing) for all new projects.

Champion of following elements; OEE & Value Stream Mapping & FTQ(First time Quality); SOS&JES Adaptation of the lean production activities. Value stream mapping of complete assembly line to eliminate waste and maximize productivity.

Determining of “quality”, “maintenance” and “production” process for implementation of the ISO/TS 16949 quality standart. Planing & Performing of the product and process audit. Providing process analysis for Ford Q1 quality requirements and completing Manufacturing Site Assessment matrix. Implementation of QDMS (a software - Quality Documentation and Management System) to the entire plant process. Leading Pfmea audits and reverse Pfmea activities within entire production process base on AIAG requirements. Completing risk assessments for all production area to minimize safety issues. Updating process control plans, Pfmea and P flow chart in case process related changes occurs.
