Neave Robinson

Solicitor Apprentice at Blacks Solicitors as well as completing my studies with BPP University. I completed my first seat in the Family team and my second seat in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. I am currently in my third seat in the Private Wealth and Succession team.

As a matchday hospitality waitress at Leeds United, I am responsible for a section of the restaurant from providing great customer service to ensuring all guests are served with a 3 course meal up to the sufficient standard and ensure that all are having an enjoyable matchday experience.

During my paralegal apprenticeship I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the RTA motor department providing legal services to a third party administrator client. I started in an administrative role in my first year responsible for the emails and correspondence for the team as well as logging post, liasing with clients and third parties as well as issuing CRU certificates. In my second year I moved onto case handling 250+ of my own matters gaining experience in vehicle damage, property damage and credit hire matters.

Completed the BPP Law Ambassador Programme, partnered with Weightmans covering different legal skills and attending a court trial.

Summer work experience scheme launched by the University of Law including lectures on employment, land, corporate and private client law as well as networking.

An engaging series of lectures covering real life court cases, note taking and problem solving to broaden legal skills applicable to the legal field.

Virtual work experience including legal research on fraudulent and public sector claims, watching a virtual court trial and looking at the structure of a legal claim

Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
