Working in RD&D and Manufacturing to develop Gore-Tex outerwear, running gear, backpacks and tents. Responsible for product quality, commercialization and manufacturing at a selection of the company’s production factories, mainly in Asia. Achieving good results through close interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, creators, sales, marketing, and external partners. In addition to inline product development, I have been involved in several exciting projects: (1) implementation of 3D CAD software and evaluation of using AI in design, development and marketing, (2) developing a new Product Lifecycle Management system and (3) implementing new principles and travel booking system to reduce the environmental footprint of business travels.

Responsible for design, specification, development and brand profiling projects for national alpine ski teams and ski resorts in Europe and North America. Managing internal and external stakeholders, customer needs with moving targets and critical timelines connected to World Cup and Olympic alpine events. Here I had great benefit from having an agile, yet structured approach. As an additonal supporting project, I developed B2B logo branding and profiling processes and handbook in order to both quality assure and effectivate the process from customer order to realized product.

Project manager with expertise in agile development, digital transformation and information management. Leadership for Sopra Steria Collaboration competence group. Highlight projects: • Agile project manager developing a business critical system for a private customer in the energy sector. Using agile development methodology was a major contributing factor to project success. It enabled the right prioritization at all times, continuous evaluation, refinement and improvement of both results and processes. And last but not least, the involvement of users and product owners at the right time. • Project manager for the development of a new intranet and information portal that simplified collaboration and information sharing in a large distributed, silo-based organization in the public sector. Success factors were good communication across internal and external project resources and a focus on a holistic customer experience in combination with good expectation management.

Highlight project: • Project manager for the development of an intranet portal solution for the global Tieto organization, with project owners in Finland and distributed development teams in Norway, Finland and the Czech Republic. In the work across several countries and organizations, I have greatly benefited from good technical, business and interpersonal understanding.

Innovation adviser and project portfolio manager setting up and managing funding programs to stimulate innovation and enable projects partnering up public initiatives and private businesses. Key achievements: • Initiator and implementing force for coordinating a selection of the innovation projects funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers with a European ERA-Net to achieve synergy effects and acceleration of Nordic-European innovation cooperation.

Team lead responsible for software quality assurance and process development. Key achievements: • The testing routines and processes we developed became an established and essential part of software development and helped to streamline the software release process. • Member of the Software and System Process Improvement team, internal auditor of quality processes and member of the Committee of Occupational Health and Security
