Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in construction documents. Work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

Job Description: BIM Modeling for specific design discipline for Tender. Work under direction of design professional and BIM Captain. Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling. Collaborate and Coordinate with other discipline design-changes and model challenges. Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM Modeling content for project. Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline review. 2d & 3D Modelling and generate high quality rendering for Tender. High level of communication and complete other responsibilities as asigned.

Responsible for the timely resolution of issues and interfaces associated with architectural design. Performs duties essential to the preparation of a variety of engineering drawings for the Finish road, Grading and Drainage Plan for SADARA project and drawing revisions.Incorporates a variety of changes onto drawings per instructions issued and data provided on engineering change documents.Work directly with design engineers to produce drawings from sketches, existing drawings and electronic images.

The responsibilities include preparing architectural / interior documentation of hotels, resorts and other hospitality projects, interior detailing, and coordinating with the creative team to develop concepts and sketches into workable drawings for presentation.

Prepare Architectural drawings and details under the guidance of the Principal Architect. Update Principal Architect of my daily accomplishment on site. Participate in all aspects of the design and construction phases of other prospective projects such as develop working drawings, schematic design, design development and construction documentation. Provide technical support for other projects whenever necessary.
