- Board member: Luminary Therapeutics; Board observer: Tidal Therapeutics, Fortis Therapeutics, Cullinan MICA, KAHR Medical, Nectin Therapeutics, Telo Therapeutics. - Led diligence for venture investments in 10 cancer therapeutics companies (seed through clinical stage) with two exits. Negotiated financing terms. Served in roles of increasing responsibility, eventually leading the fund's investment strategy and operations.

- Diligence for MGB Ventures investments across oncology, autoimmune, and neuro. - Strategy and fundraising for seed-stage oncology platform covering entirely novel class of targets. - Triage of invention disclosures and analysis of deal terms with BD & Licensing group.

Development of new ventures in gene and cell therapy (viral vectors, mRNA, cell replacement), including indication strategy for Orna Therapeutics. Due diligence, competitive intelligence, market research, revenue forecasting, and private and public portfolio analytics.

- Built platform for rapid screening and discovery of non-invasive biosensors for intestinal diseases (covered in BioWorld July 2, 2019). Discovered novel biosensors to detect intestinal inflammation. - Awarded $50k pilot grant from Center for Microbiome Informatics & Therapeutics at MIT.

- Indigo is a Flagship company developing new biologicals to improve crop production. - Managed scientific team and external partners through launch of R&D program and proof of concept. - Designed field trial strategy and coordinated launch of first trials in US, Canada and Europe.

- Introduced and developed concept for Indigo. Launched with $7.5M Series A in November 2013. Designed discovery program and commercialization strategy; established founding IP; built team; regulatory strategy; academic collaborations and licensing. - Awarded $2M grant through Genome Canada Genomic Applications Partnership Program.

Supported process development across multiple business units, including Chemicals & Fluoroproducts, Titanium Technologies, Danisco, Pioneer, and Butamax.
