With over a decade of experience in Information Technology, I began my journey in 2009 by providing technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems, performing maintenance on desktops and laptops, and configuring routers and Linux servers. In 2013, I shifted my career focus to Quality Assurance (QA), entering a Waterfall environment with a emphasis on manual testing. Swiftly, I earned the CTFL certification and delved into automation using Java and Selenium. Over the years, I honed my skills in various methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. My expertise encompasses programming languages such as Java and Ruby, utilizing testing frameworks like Selenium and Capybara. Additionally, I possess a strong background in REST API testing and performance testing. With a proactive and results-oriented approach, I am constantly seeking opportunities to enhance software quality, making significant contributions to the success of innovative projects.
