* Key Responsibilities: * Developing the Sales and Distribution network in the territory. * Achieving Sales, Value and Volume Targets by servicing the Distributors, Retailers & Wholesalers. * Responsible for the appointment of distributors in new locations. * Looking after proper distribution coverage. * Looking after secondary scheme operations in the market. * Responsible for all the marketing & merchandising activities. * Looking after the settlements of the primary and the secondary claims of the distributor. * Supervising and providing training to the field sales force. * Handling a team of sales representative, retailing salesman and van salesman. * Channel Sales.
