- Work with the Management to achieve individual and overall team enrolment targets - Follow-up on leads, course applications, enrolments and payments via phone, email and social media platforms - Develop new avenues of business with existing & new clients / business partners. - Conduct market research and organize marketing activities and campaigns in the region - Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns. - Recruit students from assigned market and achieve sales target. - Work with team to achieve student progression numbers and revenue targets for overseas student

• To generate leads from Expo, seminars, fairs, social media. • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with students and sub-agents. • Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities. • Deliver excellent customer service & business relationship management, internally & externally. • Speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings and to Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals. • Maintains weekly / monthly reports and process related matrices showing progress on student conversions. • Generating social media marketing articles to maximize impressions on all social media platforms. • Responsible for creating Pre-Exit interviews of our clients and making testimonials for our social media Accounts. • Dealing with Clients and arranging their Admissions from International universities. Working with Groups of universities in UK preferably. Helping out with the processing team for Visa Application. • To process admissions in UK universities, prepare students for CAS Interviews. • Assist in identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and to grow existing client relationships. • To represent Macro in meetings and exhibitions to recruit potential students.

Responsible for providing assistance regarding all methodologies of free zone and business Licensing in Ajman.

Ensuring all customer problems are reported and highlighted in minimum time frame. Studying client’s financials and examining the possibilities of granting them facilities. Correspondence with foreign universities for student’s admission. Helping in preparing case files for visa Applications for Canada and Australia.
