In charge of all telecom systems and subsystems in YKP Station (Yibal Khuff), Power Plant, and Offices, carrying out full responsibility for the CCTV system, Access Control System, PAGA System, Hotline System, Networking, Data, Avaya, FOC Backbone, Tetra, and PDO/contractor's users with new installation, configuration, preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting. Conducting daily walkdowns of all telecom systems at YKP using a checklist to identify and resolve any issues or errors. Providing support for telecom construction pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in the central processing facility and off-plot areas of YKP Following telecom ITR A-B, Punch, MC (mechanical completion), and PC (pre-commissioning) as per sub-systems, then as per system, following RFO (Ready for Operation). Also attending walkdowns for MC-PC and RFO. Ensuring project tasks are completed within budget and time requirements. Being responsible for all YKP telecom's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual protective maintenance. Supervising and coordinating telecom vendors' activities and tasks.

Conducting site surveys for new telecom projects to review project requirements and determine necessary equipment and materials. Developing and executing work plans and checklists for installation, including arranging materials and equipment needed for the project. Installing, aligning, and balancing new telecom equipment in accordance with project specifications and standards Reviewing progress and implementing controls to ensure project quality assurance, health, and safety. Configuring switches, WIFI, and telephones as required for the project. Achieving project completion within the specified time frame and handing over to the operation telecom team. Planning for upcoming projects, preparing necessary materials and documentation, and coordinating with other team members and stakeholders as needed.

Working with the call-off team and operation team to provide a high-quality telecom service to all departments in MAF and interior areas. Assess facilities to determine capacity and needs for telecommunications systems. Conduct site visits for new projects to review project requirements. Daily planning with the telecom team to ensure efficient work execution. Install, test, and troubleshoot cables and networks. Work closely with network administrators and server engineers to deliver quality service. Perform telecommunications and networking business evaluations. Install, support, and maintain voice and data applications, adapting and modifying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to solve complex problems. Read technical manuals and literature to stay abreast of new technology. Work with users to diagnose and resolve network and device problems, implementing established technical or procedural solutions. Install, align, and balance new equipment and Maintain compliance with company standards to perform all maintenance activities.

Installing FOC (fiber optic cable) to cover 29 km for Al Amerat to connect the complete TE distribution network to the pump station, including six RTU units in the entire TE network and 15 splicing joint points Installed and maintained fiber optic cable and equipment, including splicing and termination of cable in the field, TRUs, and joint boxes Assisted with quality inspections and editing of project documents. Planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed projects in accordance with company project management methodology and guideline Double-checked documentation and work orders for accuracy. Lead the execution of the work plan and actively participate in all project phases. Provide site supervision and lead the team and Test and troubleshoot cables and networks. Manage project resources and coordinate with other functional teams to ensure timely acquisition of resources. Conduct site surveys for new clients and Install fiber optic cable for FTTH splicing, power testing, and OTDR.

Coordinate with clients and ensure that their needs and requirements are met. Provide instructions to all key personnel on the site to ensure smooth execution of the project. Take full responsibility for all site installations and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Splice and test fiber optic cables according to approved drawings and standards. Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain all telecommunications systems and equipment. Develop and implement strategic directions for the project to ensure its success. Draft the Enterprise Risk Management Methodology in compliance with ISO 31000:2009 to identify and mitigate potential risks. Manage the Project Management Information System (PMIS) project from origination to closure, including planning, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project to meet stakeholders' expectations.

Select, recruit, and evaluate staff to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Utilize a targeted approach to sales and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
