* Working in the Bar Mill (production line) and my responsibility as; * Wrote reports / job cards for each job. Maintained service histories. * Trained and directed others on safety matters. * Inspections of equipment and systems for defects. * Recommending safety improvements. Advised on the suitability and adequacy of tests as well as assistance on investigations into accidents or incidents of a mechanical nature. * Assurance the quality of product within the standard or not and make suggestion. * Assisting in testing and certifying safety of systems/ installation modifications. * Controlling spare part. * Arrangements between department and workers. * Calibration the production. * Machines and Drives: service for the full range of machines, traction motors and hazardous area motors, drives and controls for the machine as well as the driven unit such as a gearbox, pump or compressor. * Equipment Overhauls: pump repairs, diesel engine repairs, gearbox repairs.

* Working in the power plant (Operation department) and my responsibility as; * The ability to operate the plant in safe and economic condition. * Monitoring the power plant parameters during running statues. * Good familiarization about the max., min. and normal operating condition parameters (i.e. temperatures, pressures, etc…). * Helping in maintenance with mechanical maintenance team with; * 5X7.5 MW units Caterpillar/Mak heavy fuel engine type (16CM32C) with Exhaust gas thermal oil boilers, and. Caterpillar/Mak is equipped by Wastfalia separator GMBH mineral oil and heavy fuel centrifuge with self-cleaning bowl, oil automatic back flashing filter, air compressors, water centrifugal pumps, screw pumps and submersible pumps …etc. * 1.5 MW caterpillar diesel engine type 3516B (Electronic injection).

Working and my responsibility as; The Shift Manager leads plant operations during his assigned shift at the power plant. This individual will be responsible for overseeing contracted availability of power to the customers, the performance of all plant operations teams during the particular shift, and submit reporting to corporate headquarters. In addition, the Shift Manager will work closely with the Plant Manager and assist with tasks and projects as directed by the Plant Manager to ensure overall performance of the plant.
