- Prepare sourcing and procurement plan for group of commodities. - Negotiate deals that maximize cost savings and/or cost avoidance, improve service levels, mitigate contractual risks, and support sustainability efforts through buying from a diverse group of suppliers. - Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Drive assessment of potential vendors and regularly evaluate existing vendor performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders / requestors internationally

- Officer of tenders floating in projects market, include construction, fit out, design etc. - Inspection project locations, beside technical meeting with the bidders. - Examination commercial proposals and evaluate. - Negotiate with the potential awardee / requesting BAFO. - Contract drafting / P.O for the successful bidder.

- Preparing bidder lists to qualifying them, beside conducting bid evaluations for construction works. - Providing maintenance contractors to required buildings across Saudi Arabia. - Monitoring Materials and Supplies Inventory, to prepare purchase requests.

- Officer of planning, implementing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. - Officer of whole procurement cycle, qualifying new Suppliers, acquiring samples (e.g. China and Europe), prepare P.R orders by ERP system and monitoring project timelines. - Email Marketing as day-to-day to provide international suppliers to the company, then request materials and supplies proposals, vendor negotiating and schedule meetings.
