Nawaf Alshaikhmubarak

Mechanical Engineering student at NYU Tandon and currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer of TRIIBE, a nonprofit that empowers college students to grow and scale their own impact-driven organizations. In this role, I oversee strategy, partnerships, and operations, from building multi-year growth plans and financial models to leading cross-functional teams and executing large-scale events. Recently, I helped lead the Changemaker Summit in New York, bringing together 100+ attendees, mentors, and nonprofit leaders to connect, collaborate, and amplify impact. This past summer, I also completed a Software Engineering internship at the Aramco Houston Research Center, where I contributed to the Saudi Aramco Geomechanical Expert (SAGE) platform. I focused on the Wellbore Stability Analysis (WSA) module, developing stage/perforation plotting, interactive data bands, and MVVM-based LightningChart visualizations, tools designed to make complex geomechanical insights more accessible to engineers worldwide. I thrive at the intersection of engineering, operations, and entrepreneurship. What drives me is the mix of excitement and challenge that comes with building something new, whether that’s a platform for young changemakers, a technical tool for engineers, or a team working toward ambitious goals.
