In my career, I have led HR operations for large organizations, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and align with long-term corporate objectives. From driving digital HR transformations through advanced HRIS solutions, to designing governance frameworks that ensure compliance and accountability, I focus on creating structures that empower employees while delivering measurable business impact. My time in government and private sectors has also given me the opportunity to shape policies and practices that directly influence organizational growth, efficiency, and resilience. Earlier in my career, I served in academia, teaching human resources management, strategic management, and organizational behavior, which instilled in me a passion for knowledge-sharing and talent development. With advanced qualifications including a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organization, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), and PMP certification, I bring both depth of knowledge and breadth of experience to every role I undertake.
