Hi, I’m Navya. I’m currently working as a researcher studying the relationship between an epigenetic factor and endometriosis, which has pushed me to think deeply about how molecular insights translate into real clinical questions. In parallel, I work in Clinical Strategy for AULI.TECH, supporting planning and execution around upcoming clinical trials and learning what it actually takes to move an idea toward patients. Across my experiences in wet lab research, clinical strategy, and healthcare-focused projects, I’ve realized I’m most energized by the space between science and decision-making. I enjoy zooming out, connecting data to outcomes, coordinating across teams, and helping complex scientific work move forward in a structured, thoughtful way. I’m passionate about healthcare roles that answer scientific questions and lead to a direct impact. I’m looking to continue in roles focused on strategy, consulting, or project management within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare space. Always open to conversations and new opportunities.
