My professional journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in Onboarding & Induction, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and delivering a seamless joining experience. I have hands-on expertise in HR Data Management, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. My responsibilities also include handling Exit Formalities with sensitivity and efficiency, planning and executing Employee Engagement Activities to foster a motivated work culture, and promoting healthy Employee Relations through open communication and timely support.
