Liable to involve in the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Build creditability and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Responsible for co-ordinating commercial/technology based projects, typically within service or operations function, to agreed performance targets, budgets and timescales. Supplies operational support to the full span of projects/programmes using project management techniques and a degree of technical/commercial understanding. Often associated with matrix management.

To provide end-to-end ownership for all Telecom Solutions (RFCs) being delivered to assigned customers within committed timeframe and meeting quality standards & other defined KPI’s in order to ensure Outstanding customer experience. (Change & Release Management)

Accountable for processing all RFCs for disconnects within committed time frame and meeting quality standards and other defined KPIs.
