EQUOS was the first Nasdaq-listed company with a cryptocurrency exchange, with small operations teams based in Hong Kong & Singapore. As a lead data engineer, my role was to guide a team of junior data engineers & other exchange colleagues, product owners, Devops teams to provide 24/7 support / uptime for the critical infrastructure underpinning the crypto exchange - i.e: AWS services, databases while keeping the cloud costs in check.
