• Handling end to end complete recruitment cycle. • Manage the recruiting process, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, acceptance of offer and final placement; from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, follow-up, placement & delivery. • Work with CPT, OPT EAD, Green Cards, TN Visa, US Citizens and H1B, H4 EAD and L2 visa.

• Manage the recruiting process, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, acceptance of offer and final placement; from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, follow-up, placement & delivery. • Source and screen potential technical candidates for current and future passions. • Sourcing consultants via various job portals like Monster.com, Career Builder, JobDiva, Ladders, Zip recruiter and indeed Etc. • Work with CPT, OPT EAD, Green Cards, TN Visa and US Citizens. • Good Knowledge and experience in search techniques (Boolean Strings) in various search engines. • Screening candidates to ensure their skills, experience and knowledge meet open passions. • Negotiated hourly rates with consultants according to employer profit margin for contract placements. • Interviewed qualified consultants and assessed their skills (per client request), for contract, contract to hire, full time (Perm) placements across US. • Establish and maintain a good relationship with employees, and vendors. • Subcontracted with various companies to find efficient candidates. • Keep a track for all the submittals.
