Working closely with experienced founders and mentors to refine product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and early customer acquisition.

Focused on helping boutique studios replace fragmented tools and manual processes with structured, scalable systems for running and growing their studios. Currently building the MVP with a small founding team and working with early adopter Pilates studios in Delhi NCR ahead of launch. Recognized by Startup India (DPIIT) and part of the Build3 Impact Accelerator, collaborating with experienced founders and mentors to refine product-market fit and go-to-market.

• Led and collaborated with a US team of home advisors, underwriters, and coordinators to develop customized solutions that streamlined and resolved customer issues, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork skills. • Developed and implemented SOPs, training sessions, onboarding plans, and working templates to improve team member performance and efficiency, displaying excellent organizational and coaching abilities. • Monitored quality by creating reports on errors, process gaps, monthly production, and implementing effective solutions to improve results, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

• Designed a compliance framework that adhered to TRID guidelines, RESPA tolerances, TILA, and MDIA, as per US laws, ensuring statutory compliance. Managed a pipeline of 75-80 files per month, achieving accuracy rates of 99.96%, and surpassing monthly targets by 20-30%, exhibiting a results-oriented mindset and ability to drive performance. Additionally, provided daily pipeline management and floor support to all team members, demonstrating mentorship skills.

• Responsible for analyzing loan information and producing Closing Disclosure ahead of the scheduled Closing Date. • Developed and streamlined interdepartmental communication to monitor and resolve quality control issues. • Managing and resolving any documentation issues that the client might have while simultaneously reducing file TAT. • Coordinating mortgage closing proceedings and notary appointments, assessing and verifying that the proceedings meet the set standards. • Assisting with loan syndication while complying with SLAs. • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required documents in the mortgage process.
