-Manage and Drive end to end network planning, designing and turn-up of Metro, Local Long haul, and Subsea networks for Google’s Production traffic -Subject matter expert for setting a technical direction including researching possible solutions and technologies -Leading a team of high performance engineers tasked with detailed network design, deployment, and using required process tools to address business needs.

Responsible for team development and success, building a high-performing, effective and collaborative team. -Provide technical leadership and guidance during deployment activities delivering business outcomes and escalating issues where appropriate. -Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders like PLMs, TAC, and BDM teams to provide best possible support to end customers like CSPs, Enterprises and Web scale. -Hire, coach, and drive a team to deliver excellent professional services in IP, Cloud Infra, DC-SDN, SDWAN and PaCo space. -Work with outsourcing companies to onboard sub-contractors whenever necessary. -Ascertain that every project is delivered maintaining a good technical quality. -Collaborate with the Program management team in term of resource allocation and project related escalations.

-End to End Architect and Lead Consultant for Product Management, Planning, Engineering, Designing, Implementation and Deployment of the Telco and Cloud Infrastructure. -Planning and deployment of Multi-Million Dollar deals for Build, Operate and Transfer services to Major upcoming and existing Telco across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. -Strategize, identify, design and build best of breed IP/MPLS, Cloud Technologies, SDWAN, NFV, IoT, DWDM, Carrier Grade Ethernet, Optics, DWDM, OTN, GPON, and Cyber-Security solution/product platforms. -Lead a team of Network and Security engineers for design, deployment and Implementation, weekly project reviews, Effort Estimation, Presale’s discussions, Timely Escalations to the Management, Engage teams from delivery/implementation for IP/MPLS, and SDWAN infrastructure for Telco. -Multiyear Planning, engineering, and deployment of connectivity and Telco Cloud infrastructure like On-Premises Cloud, DC/POP Power & Co-Location Space. -Managing projects ranging from Cloud and Network Capacity Planning and Management, Fibre Planning, Telco grade Software Defined datacentre/POP network infrastructure, Migration, Hosting and Co-Location. -Establish and cultivate partnerships with key partners in Managed Network Services like SDWAN, NFV, IoT and Cyber-Security to deliver differentiated managed network services with unique value propositions. -Develop product strategies, Roadmaps and determine market segmenting, targeting and positioning of Connectivity/Internet/Managed Services/Cyber-Security/ and Monitor product quality against target levels and trigger corrective actions where necessary.

-Engineering and Designing lead for world’s 5th Largest T1 ISP (IP AS6453+AS4755) carrying 24% internet routes, MPLS and Ethernet Networks. -Responsible for Planning, Engineering, Designing, Network Expansion, Implementation and Deployment of Global IP/MPLS backbone network and PoPs. -Lead the team for RFP/RFQ/RFI processes for new Vendor / Service Selection / Implementations / Testing / Evaluation / Technical Scoring. -Responsible for Engineering and Design for SDWAN and Hybrid WAN connectivity for Tata’s Enterprise and Corporate network. -Strong knowledge of technical as well as commercial models of various solutions and products in Telecoms Industry around the globe including new emerging markets like India, China, Middle East and Africa. -Worked across multiple Cloud Infrastructure Architectures, to include Datacentres and Network interplay. -Detailed understanding of Submarine Capacity Landing/RIO complexities of Indian Regulatory Framework. -Worked closely with Global Teams, across Regions, Time Zones and Cultures. -Led a winning team of 15 members across Globe (US, EMEA, APAC and India).

-Responsible for Metro Ethernet Network Role out in Major T1 Locations in India -Drafting RFP/RFI/RFQ for integrating new IP platforms in the system. Identifying New Vendors as per our Technical requirements (TR), Making generic requirements and conducting tests in LAB as per Technical Requirement. -Testing and evaluation of Platform suppliers like Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel Lucent and publishing the Technical score to commercial team -Hands on Experience on MX-960, Cisco 7600 and 3750, and 3550, and 3400 Cisco devices. -Acquiring MEF certification for Reliance Network for EPL, EVPL, and ELAN Services
