As an accomplished project/program manager with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes and complex programs of work. My expertise lies in building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering business outcomes using methodologies. Currently, I work as a Senior Manager IT at FOTCO, where I lead the development and implementation of detailed strategic plans. My responsibilities include designing and customizing technological systems and platforms, establishing IT policies and systems, budget preparation, controlling, and reporting on expenditures, overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects, and identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement. Previously, I served as a Project Manager at CDC, where I managed staff to ensure that all milestones were achieved within the agreed timeframes. I developed detailed project plans, defined project scope, and set budgets and deadlines with clients. I also ensured effective quality control processes were in place to monitor deliverables produced and kept accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing, and billing. I have also worked on various web development and desktop-based projects. During my tenure, I was actively involved from junior development to project management phases, where I used 3 tier architecture based on Java swing, Oracle Web Logic middleware, and Java Ejbs to handle business logic developed in Java and Oracle for ultimate storage. These projects include Electronic Central Depository System (eCDS), Fund Management System (FMS), Back Office Accounting System, CDC Access Consolidation, CDC-SBP RAAST Integration, CDC-Roshan Digital Account RDA, and eServices. I have a strong track record of delivering successful projects within budget and on time. I am a strategic thinker and able to turn proposals into reality. I am also experienced in managing vendor relationships and creating cost-efficient contracts.
