Direct reporting to warehousing & Logistics Manager. • Directly responsible inbound and outbound of material transactions. • Report to the line Manager about the received products details from factory or supplier. • If any discrepancy is found then I need to mention the comments on the delivery note of the courier or supplier and take the picture & bring about the matter under the notice of the line manager and supplier. • Follow-up in-transit shipments from the supplier as well as transferred products from other branches until received. • Making on hand quantity on daily basis and send it to the sales department and our supply chain team. • Receiving the bulk order from sales department team with finance approval and cash van order. • Ensure that all bulk order, cash van order and as well as retail outlets order prepare on the same day and delivered to customer according to delivery timing. • Controlling complete cycle of bulk order and cash van order, ensure delivery on time. • Dealing with client complains and carrying out corrective actions. • Managing with store keeper to issue the stock insurance report and send it to cash officer to encode the invoice. • After the product being delivered to customer, all related person sales, Logistics and finance department are reported about the delivery. • After delivery, if found any stock variance, check the material transaction, delivery note and invoice copy and try to sort out and fix it, if not sorted then inform to line manager and inventory manager for variance solution. • Responsible, after all orders have been delivered make outbound report and submit to the Management on daily basis. • Making monthly inventory of warehouse & make sure that transactions of the products have been corrected and done on Oracle System. • Submit the inventory report on monthly wise to the management. • Keep all records of physical inventory report & Oracle System on hand stock report properly. . Manage all posting in SAP system
