My work spans probabilistic forecasting, constraint-based allocation, and production release governance — ensuring AI systems deliver measurable impact without breaking trust. A signature example: I led development of a Cancellation-Based Supply (CBS) engine after identifying a structural blind spot in traditional forecasting. Rather than improving prediction alone, we redesigned allocation logic to recover cancellation-driven supply and re-prioritize inventory under strict reliability gates (≥98% on-time delivery, cost neutrality, cancellation controls), scaling globally to drive $1B+ incremental sales. Earlier in my career, I worked on regulated credit decision systems and ML deployment pipelines, shaping my approach to building AI systems under financial and regulatory constraints. Outside of work, I experiment with LLM-based applications using Claude to better understand prompt behavior, structured outputs, and evaluation tradeoffs in probabilistic systems.
