Present performance results on a monthly basis to our Sourcing Managers team located in Wisconsin as well as to our Purchasing Management in Monterrey. Monthly expense: $ 22M USD PRODUCTIVITY: Training, development and supervision of Senior buyers during the assignment, development and implementation of Productivity Projects. Price negotiation for new parts, never ordered and with an increase in volume, ensuring that we pay the fair market price and within our quality standards and delivery needs. Annual Savings: $ 300K - $ 500K USD

Commodities: Rubber, plastic, packaging material. RFQ for ETO requirements, lead time reductions, lot size optimization, track vendors performance in the compant key metrics - OTC, POH, etc - , tracking of critical parts for production, productivity and projects.
