• Develop and expand various legal services that can be provided by the company related to business licensing. • Lead and provide direction to the legal team, including ensuring clear supervision and instructions to ensure that all licensing processes and legal services are carried out in accordance with applicable provisions and operational standards set by the company. • Handle the establishment of legal entities and non-legal entities of more than 135 companies. • Prepare and process changes to the company's Articles of Association through a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) or circular decisions of more than 130 companies. • Manage and process various Business Licenses through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for more than 360 companies. • Handles registration of more than 200 trademarks with a success rate of up to 81% in obtaining registered certificates and handles copyright registration and Patent protection. • Responsible for submitting Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) and Mandatory Company Manpower Reports (WLKP) for more than 10 Companies each reporting period. • Responsible for the process of submitting and renewing residence permits for foreign workers. • Managing the administration of various supporting business permits such as Verification of Standard Certificates in the industrial sector (IUI), Transportation (JPT), Mining Support (IUJP), Construction (SKK, SBU, and IUJK). • Managing documentation and processing applications to obtain Household Industry Food Distribution Permits (SPP-PIRT), BPOM Distribution Permits (ML and MD), and Halal Certificates for client products and coordinating with related agencies to ensure the process runs smoothly and in accordance with applicable regulations. • Prepare and formulate various contracts, agreements and company regulations as needed, with particular attention to the legal protection of the company and business interests.

• Handle the establishment of legal entities and non-legal entities of more than 130 companies. • Prepare and process changes to the company's Articles of Association through a general meeting of shareholders (GMS) or circular decisions of more than 30 companies. • Manage and process various Business Licenses through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for more than 180 companies. • Handle registration of more than 90 trademarks with a success rate of up to 79% in obtaining registered certificates. • Responsible for processing and submitting Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) for more than 6 Companies each reporting period. • Managing the administration of various special business permits such as Transportation Services Business Permit (IUJPT) and Construction Services Business Permit (SKK, SBU, and IUJK). • Prepare and formulate various contracts, agreements and company regulations as needed, with particular attention to the legal protection of the company and business interests.

• Drafting and reviewing cooperation contracts with vendors, clients • Drafting, documenting, and managing the filing of company legal documents systematically and structured, ensuring all documents are available and easily accessible when needed. • Reviewing cooperation contracts and company legal documents to ensure all existing provisions are still relevant, in accordance with applicable regulations. • Monitoring changes or updates to government regulations related to company operations. • Processing and managing internal company licensing documents, such as Trade Business Licenses (SIUP) and Business Identification Numbers (NIB), through related agencies such as BKPM and the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.

• Assisting the Commissioner Expert Staff in the process of recording minutes and dictums of trial decisions, ensuring that all recorded information is accurate and well documented for the purposes of follow-up and legal archives. • Collecting news and information related to violations of the law in business competition, and analyzing relevant data to support the supervision and investigation process carried out by the supervisory agency. • Providing responses and input related to violations of the law that occur in the realm of business competition, assisting the team to formulate follow-up steps in accordance with applicable regulations.
