Personal Department is what I’m into professionally , the challenges, the ups n downs, the gains and the losses, makes me a better person by every passing day. What I have always loved about HR is that we deal constantly with unknowns. I’m passionate about the people of organization. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As a HR professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. Bad hires costs businesses a lot of money. They’re also a big stumbling block in terms of achieving business goals. My job involves making sure businesses avoid bad hires or to manage existing employees relation. My strongest asset is my ability to build and maintain relationships. I’ve developed a long list of employers and businesses who turn to me when they need new talent. With over 5 years’ experience in HR, I am adept at enhancing d employee experience n developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2018, I have been employed in HR department n handled generalist part along with recruitment. During the course of my career, I have gained a breadth of experiences enabled me to obtain a knowledge of HR practices n employment regulations. I m also having exposures of working with different industries like logistic, automobile, telecom ,Digital Marketing, Education as well as IT/Software. Since I’ve always been a people person, you could say I’m living my own dream of doing what I live—helping others. Outside of work, you can find me chilling out with family n friends.
