I was a customer service officer in the National Trucking Transportation Department, and I responded to every process since I got orders or requirements from customers in Asia, including export and import shipments. My work flows and job responsibilities, since I received orders from customers, are to negotiate about service rates and find a supplier, appoint customs to receive cargo and arrange a supplier truck to pick it up, and proceed with the export-import customs clearance process at the border. After delivering the cargo to the destination, I would issue a billing service charge to the customer and follow up about payment terms with them. My customers' names are listed. As a trainee at the DB Schenker Lard Krabang branch in the air transportation department, I was in charge of customs service for Apple products (such as the Iphone, Macbook, Ipad, etc.) and relationship management with Apple retailer agents in Thailand. And then I handle every process since the product arrives at Thailand's airport, including import customs clearance, segregation, fulfillment, and loading to an inland truck to deliver to the retailer. If they find the products damaged, I'll proceed with the claim and return process with Apple company.

Trainees in the Suvarnabhumi Airport free trade area (free zone) handled electronic import and export documentation and proceeded with customs clearance at the free zone warehouse.
