Supply Chain Planning (Sep 2024 – Oct 2025) • Forecasting the sales volume of the monthly promotion. • Performing a product allocation to stores. • Making a purchase of products to ensure product availability at the warehouse. • Chasing up with the suppliers with low performance to get the earliest next delivery. • Fulfilling the Out of Stock (OOS) and making a system adjustment to align with the sales. • Reducing the over and slow-moving stocks. The stock has been reduced 100 million Baht in 6 months. • Managing the purchase of slow-moving stock to maintain the figure of slow-moving stock. Warehouse Automation and Project Tendering (Nov 2022 – Aug 2024) • Performing UAT (User Acceptance Test) for WH automation system (AGV; Automated Guided Vehicle). • Developing training materials for AGV operations and providing training to the team. • Executing a non-trade tendering for the warehouse-related areas (Offline Stores Delivery, Online Stores Delivery, Packaging Materials, Staff Coaches). • Preparing the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the tendering to get the approval from the Group Supply Chain and Group Procurement. • Negotiating the cost and conditions with the suppliers during the tendering. • Reviewing and negotiating the terms in contracts with the suppliers.

• Monitoring and ensuring all operations are smooth with quality met. • Proposing and pitching annual scheme to achieve target 5% cost saving for client (Ops Manager’s KPI) and reviewing the actual saving with client on monthly basis. • Leading weekly meeting with customer and preparing data for the presentation • Initiating the improvement plan for the operation • Implementing Operation Excellence for the operation team • Accommodating special request from client to ensure customer satisfaction • Managing and forecasting the manpower planning (including manpower shifts during Covid-19 outbreak)

• Being as a project manager for the new warehouse management system implementation (This project implemented across 9 countries and Thailand is the first country to go-live.) • Being as an project owner of DHL Thailand to coordinate with regional DHL teams • Performing system testing (UAT: User Acceptance Test) • Being a Superuser for the warehouse management system • Designing operation flow synced with the system • Conducting necessary workshops and educating team members

• Learning the products, warehouse operation flow, KPIs, reports, issues and customer’s focus • Conducting a project improvement for storage optimization. • Leading outbound operation during post go-live period • Supporting global quality audit preparation
