• Contributed for rare disease and disability advocacy through preparing for the launch of research project on economic impact of delayed diagnosis in Upper cervical instability (UCI) and craniocervical instability (CCI)

Contributed to the publication of the book “Opening the Black Box of the Hispanic Health Paradox: Social Determinants of Health and Hispanic Health Disparities” by editing drafts.

• Assisted in research on political ecology and extractive agriculture including finding research, improved academic branding through rebuilding professor’s website using Squarespace • Managed the course platform on Canvas, tracked assignments, and assisting students.

• Contributed to development of bids and technical proposals on global health by providing key inputs such as NSFO Synopsis, Data Call, Statement of Qualifications, CV editing, cover letter development, RFP compliance, and tracking of all deliverables. • Initiated business development including NOFO search and situational analysis including donor analysis focusing on the World Bank and competitor analysis. • Led knowledge management and template development, streamlining the proposal process and enhanced organizational efficiency.

• Conducted qualitative research and impact evaluation to access the challenges of and the impact of the U.S. funding climate on providing HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services to adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in Tanzania, through interviews with key stakeholders. • Managed the full research lifecycle, including the IRB process, informed consent, interview guide and codebook development, data collection, data coding, qualitative data analysis, and report writing.

Built partnerships to promote democratization and peacebuilding initiatives in Myanmar, managed social media campaigns and drafted policy recommendations for Japanese parliament.

Provided language support, organized events, managed social media, and lead initiatives to improve inclusive support systems for international students.
