- Supported Early Careers full-time and intern recruiting, flexing to In-Market Talent Acquisition team when needed - Collaborated with Early Careers recruiters to develop campus recruitment strategies - Owned scheduling and staffing for on-campus / virtual events and interview days, built relationships with school career services - Planned and coordinated bulk interview days (12-24 candidates per day), including candidate communication, handling all in-person or virtual interview logistics, and liaising with interviewers - Maintained a standard of excellence and created a positive candidate experience during the interview process, both externally for candidates and internally with recruiters and interview teams - Assist with recruiting projects, initiatives, and internal process evaluation as needed - Led training sessions for new members of the team and acted as a buddy/mentor for new members of the team

- Handled scheduling, travel, expenses, invoicing, and other administrative tasks for a roster of 14 stakeholders (Manager and above within our Enterprise space) - Coordinated and provided support with meetings and events, liaising with other support/HR staff if needed - For ZS Learning Team: monitored the ZS Milestone and ZStart email inboxes, provided logistical and in-person support at ZS Learning events as needed - Provide backup support to Princeton Human Resources Assistants when necessary
