- Main PIC for recruitment for 2 departments in Huawei indonesia: Enterprise business department (EBG) & ICT Marketing & solution sales department (ICT MSSD). - Run all interview process such as arrangement & candidate communication for all candidates. - Handle attendence issues & guidance for employees. - Handle Exit interviews & HR screening for all candidates. - Will support & arrange various events for employee care, such as arrangement of monthly birthdays, employee welcoming, employee promotion celebration, annual events, team building activities etc.

- Offer operational assistance in managing the hiring of over 200+ candidates for Delivery & Service department Huawei. - Sent regular recruitment reports while engaging with a team of over 20 people in following up with recruitment progresses. - Assisted in Project hiring for IOH MS, officially onboarded over 300 candidates. - Calculated and managed employee care budget for delivery & service department. - Arranged monthly events to ensure working climate remains strong and healthy, especially during revenue rush periods. - Main PIC of managing and operating the relocation of employees from Jakarta to other parts of indonesia (Sumatra, Java East, North java etc). - Participated in event management & contributed to multiple award events. - Part of the digitalization team, bringing forth the use of new systems in exchange for manual work.
