About

I’m a democracy advocate, former lawmaker, and TIME 100 honoree, now residing in London. I played a leading role in one of Hong Kong’s largest democratic movements and was elected the city’s youngest legislator at 23. Since relocating to the UK, I’ve advised governments and institutions on China policy and human rights strategy. Future Focus: I believe that safe, rights-aligned technology is one of the defining challenges of our time. Through strategic communications, coalition building, and public engagement, I aim to bridge academics, civil society, and policymakers to secure a future that empowers humanity and democracy.
